Meditate; A Journey of inner spirituality.Meditate: “For you and your family” (Children can take part too)
Take time out to reflect, relax and explore. Meditate is a space available to facilitate a personal spiritual journey.
There will be led meditative sessions, but mostly an opportunity for personal exploration.
A giant Labyrinth and several semi-guided stations will help to focus mind, body and soul.
Shalom Space will provide an area for more personal reflection.
